Single Room
Introduction
If you book a Private Room or Non-sharing Room, you will have exclusive access to everything easily in your room. However, some areas of the house may be open to the host or other visitors. They could use the living room, kitchen, and even the bathroom.
There are various pros and cons of renting a single room. Some of them are as follow:
Pros to get a single room for rent
No Annoyance:
Believe me when I say that people annoy you! They cause a great disturbance. When you're learning, watching something on your laptop, or doing something else. So, if you don't like noise and value privacy, this is the main advantage of a non-sharing room.
Stealing issues:
When you rent a single room and stay alone in it, no one can steal your things. I don't mean stealing; I mean borrowing, misplacing, etc.
Untidiness:
It can be a big issue. Only you will be responsible for the mess you make in a non-sharing room. And will not be upset when the room wasn't cleaned by anyone else.
Long phone conversation:
When you live alone, you will not have to listen to your roommate's long phone calls. You can do whatever you want.
Full freedom and privacy:
You don't have to give up some room. In a non-sharing room, you have complete control over the whole space.
